Welcome to Elvaritron. This Service Charter outlines the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our decorative items. By accessing this platform, you agree to these terms in full.

Our operations are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) , specifically the Sale of Goods Ordinance and the Consumer Goods Safety Ordinance.

Section 1: Our Service Area

Elvaritron operates as a localized brand dedicated to the Hong Kong market. Our services, including product displays, order fulfillment, and logistical support, are available exclusively within the borders of Hong Kong.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a resident of this region or are currently located here for the purpose of receiving delivery. We do not support international shipping or cross-border transactions at this time.

This focus allows us to maintain a reliable delivery timeline of 2 to 3 business days , with 1 business day dedicated to packaging and shipping preparation.

Section 2: Payment Protocols

We utilize a straightforward transaction model to ensure transparency and security for our community. Elvaritron operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. This means the full payment is collected at your doorstep by our logistics representative at the moment of delivery.

Our pricing is absolute and inclusive; there are no hidden charges, service fees, or shipping costs added to your order. The total displayed at the time of your digital checkout is the final amount required for the transaction.

Please note that order cancellation is only possible while the product remains in our possession. Once an order is dispatched to our logistics partners, the delivery process must be completed, and the payment obligation at the doorstep remains in effect.

Section 3: After-Sales

We stand behind the quality of our decorative items with a comprehensive after-sales policy. Elvaritron provides a 30-day return window starting from the day of delivery. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where a customer receives a damaged, incorrect, or defective item.

If you encounter an issue, please email contact@elvaritron.com . We will arrange a pickup of the item at our own expense; there are no charges for this service, and we do not apply restocking fees. Once the item reaches our facility, we perform a condition inspection within 24 hours . Following this, we will either arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund if the item is unavailable or beyond repair.

Because we operate via COD, we do not store your billing data. To process a refund, we will contact you via email for your bank details to perform a bank transfer. Once initiated, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 6 business days, depending on your banking provider.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We encourage you to be completely sure of your selection before finalizing your purchase .

Your privacy and data integrity are fundamental to our operations. All personal information collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong .

We collect only the data necessary to fulfill our service charter, such as your delivery address and contact information. We maintain professional standards to ensure our platform remains a safe environment for all users. Elvaritron reserves the right to update these terms to remain compliant with evolving regional regulations or changes in our operational model.
