We aim to resolve issues with professional efficiency and transparency.

Step 1: The Window

The period for requesting a resolution begins immediately upon the physical receipt of your order. Elvaritron establishes a 30-day window for all return inquiries. This timeframe allows you to inspect your decorative items thoroughly within your own space.

It is essential to note that the countdown starts from the day the logistics provider hands the package to you at your doorstep. Any requests made after this 30-day period cannot be facilitated, as we must maintain a consistent timeline for our inventory and accounting records.

Step 2: Validation

To maintain the integrity of our operations, we categorize eligibility for returns based on specific criteria. A return or refund is valid only if the item received is physically damaged, functionally defective, or if the incorrect product was delivered. These protections are in place to ensure you receive exactly what you viewed on our platform.

However, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind. Because we operate with a transparent model that includes no shipping or restocking fees, we ask our community to be entirely certain of their purchase before the order is dispatched. This distinction ensures that our resources remain focused on genuine product discrepancies and logistical errors.

Step 3: The Process

If you identify a valid issue with your item, the first step is to initiate contact with our support team. Please send an email to info@elvaritron.com within the established 30-day window. To help us move forward quickly, your email should include your order number and a clear description of the problem.

As part of our validation process, we require photographic evidence showing the damage or the incorrect item received. This helps our team understand the nature of the issue before the item is returned. Our staff is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM HKT, Monday through Friday, to review these details and provide further instructions.

Step 4: Logistics

Once your request is validated, Elvaritron takes full responsibility for the return logistics. We will coordinate with our local courier partners to arrange a pickup from your address at a time that fits your schedule. There are no costs associated with this pickup; we cover all transport expenses to ensure the process remains effortless for you.

Upon the item's arrival back at our facility, we conduct a professional inspection within 24 hours. This step is necessary to confirm the condition of the item and determine the appropriate resolution, whether that involves a replacement or a full reversal of the transaction.

Step 5: The Refund

In cases where a replacement is unavailable or the item is beyond repair, a full refund will be issued. Since Elvaritron operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis , we do not have access to your billing details at the time of purchase. Our team will reach out via email to request your bank account information.

We perform all refunds through bank transfers. Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider.

We do not apply any restocking fees, ensuring you receive the full original amount paid at your doorstep. This process follows the regulatory standards of Hong Kong regarding fair trade and consumer protection.
